Motion:

"PL22.3 US TAG votes no on Technical Corrigendum 4 for
ISO/IEC 1539-1:2004, Programming Languages - Fortran,
Ref. No. ISO/IEC 1539-1:2004/Cor.4:2009, with the following
comments:

The change for Subclause 12.4 proposes to add a sentence to
a constraint.  The required condition cannot be checked by
the processor.  It should therefore be ordinary normative
text.

The change for list item (11) in Subclause 16.5.6 uses the
term "successful allocation of an ALLOCATE statement".  This
should be "successful execution of an ALLOCATE statement".

If these two changes are made, PL22.3-USTAG will vote yes."
