I conducted an informal e-mail straw poll concerning INCITS ballots on
the status of ISO/IEC 1539-3 (CoCo) and TR 19767 (Submodules).  The INCITS

The results were

CoCo (1539-3)

Caltech/JPL: Withdraw
Cray: Withdraw
Intel: Withdraw
Nagle: Withdraw
Oracle: Withdraw

Submodules TR (19767)

Caltech/JPL: Stabilize
Cray: Withdraw
Intel: Withdraw
Nagle: Stabilize
Oracle: Withdraw

After the straw poll, INCITS informed me that 19767 cannot be stabilized.

Two formal ballots, numbered 10-T12 and 10-T13, are forthcoming, both
recommending withdrawal.  These are formal letter ballots that count
for participation, in the same way as PL22.3 committee ballots.
