Discussion of issue 7 (page 20)

As requested by the editor, an edit was provided in J3/06-237 to
define the term 'co-dimension' which has been incorporated, with minor
wordsmithing, into the paragraph at [20:4-8].  We therefore think that
issue 7 has been addressed.
