At J3 meeting 182, J3 appointed Michael Ingrassia to be our liaison to the
IEEE 754R working group.

The charge to the liaison is:

To join the ballot group for IEEE P754.

To review the 754R draft changes with respect to language standards.

To provide timely reports when requested by either IEEE P754R or J3.

To provide as comment on the IEEE P754R draft any positions
expressed by J3 by recorded J3 vote.

and

To report to J3 the balloting status of 754R together with any changes
that J3 has been requested to make a formal response.
