We have proposed a TR to extend the coarray feature of Fortran 2008,
following the text that was deleted from J3/08-007. John Reid
generously extracted that text and created an inital draft of that
TR. This is a place holder for that pdf recast as a J3 paper for
discussion at meeting 192 and subsequent meetings.
