The text version has been removed as it is highly inaccurate.

If you can, please use the PDF or PostScript versions.
The PDF is searchable with most PDF viewers.

Other searches can be done using the LaTeX sources.
This is highly recommended in preference to attempting to use a text version.

If you wish to use a text version, you can use pdftotext to generate
it from the PDF version.  As a last resort, contact the editor who can
do this for you.

However, any text version is not the official version of the document
and should not be used for serious work.
