This paper provides edits for comment GB-13 from the Ballot summary,
N1802.

Discussion:

The edit below makes the text in 9.5.3 consistent with the text at
[32:10] which says "Each image has its own ... set of ... input/output
units ...".

Edits to J3/09-007r3:

[205:15] In 9.5.3 "Unit existence", at the end of paragraph 1, replace
"a program" with "an image".
