UTI-016 discusses various problems and inconsistencies with the
handling of errors that might occur during execution of a collective
subroutine. The editor made corrective changes in the text make the
needed repairs. Subgroup is happy that the changes solve the problems
raised. No edits other than to remove the UTI.
