There are not major updates relative to 22-171.
The MPI Forum continues its march to finalize MPI 4.1.

There are some ideas being discussed in the MPI Language
working group, particularly an ABI, which could make a
dramatic difference for Fortran support, but it is too
early to know if an MPI ABI will materialize at all.
