Introduction

ANSI and INCITS policy requires action to be taken during the first
four-year anniversary of a standard's approval date to reaffirm,
withdraw, or stabilize the standard.

Recommendation
---------------
The INCITS/Fortran (J3) committee recommends the reaffirmation of
INCITS/ISO/IEC 1539-1:2018[2019] Standard.
