UTI 006 states:

    "Instantiating a template with 1+1 not equal to instantiating
    it with 2?

    This should be the same value for deferred constants at least.
    Also, this term would apply to procedure instances too... that
    seems a bit wonky.

    It seems like this should just be properly described in a
    subclause of templates."

In reference to new definition:

    3.120 same instance

    instantiation of the same template with the same instantiation
    arguments (3.87)

This is already described correctly (or at least more correctly) in
16.5.4 Interpretation of template instantiation. This definition is
unnecessary.

[24:16-18] delete definition of "same instance".

Also please delete UTI 006.
