Three papers were incorrectly applied as described below.
Now fixed.

a. Applied 26-140 instead of 26-140r1.

Penultimate NOTE fixes: swapped names around "=>" in INSTANTIATE.
Final NOTE fixes: typo in witter, wrong result in one example.

b. Applied 26-165 instead of 26-165r1.

Definition of matching statement: corrected wording.
(already did the CHANGE TEAM statement wording correction).

c. Applied 26-173 instead of 26-173r1.

Introduction: inserted missing edit.
ALSO: moved the sentences around in this paragraph so the two sentences to do
      with ISO_FORTRAN_ENV appear together, instead of separated by the
      sentences about ISO_C_BINDING.
